How to end the final system halfway through the page.

Hey guys, I wanna end the final couple of bars halfway through the page so that they don't stretch out too much, however I am unable to find a way to do so. I have tried using horizontal frames but, they only seem to work when there is another bar in front of em, which is not the case here since they're the last bars in the entire piece, so when I try to insert a horizontal frame, it just does nothing.
