OK, so one of the tied notes has a problem, but can you be more specific? Which note, and what problem? Your video seems to be focusing on bars 21-24, but I am not hearing anything unusual.

If three notes are tied together, the last one doesn't play - at least not in the video.

It's kind of hard to hear on the video because we're also hearing the chord symbols which could be confusing the ear, but when I play the score myself and use the mixer to isolate the parts, I don't hear anything not play that should. Again, if someone can point a specific note that doesn't seem to play correctly when the score is loaded into 4.1 that would be useful in trying to confirm if there is an actual problem or if it's just an auditory illusion.

Indeed, that doesn't seem to be an illusion. But again, I just can't reproduce this. Are you using the current version, 4.1? Do you have non-default sounds installed, or anything else unusual about your setup that would explain why it works differently for you than for me? maybe it's a temporary glitch that fixes itself when you close and reload the score and that's why I am not seeing it - have you tried that?

As I report in the title, I'm using version 4.1. I'm just using the pre-installed sounds, no plugins. When I noticed the error the first time, I recorded it and uninstalled 4.1. For the second video I reinstalled 4.1. Version 4.1 has shut down the program for me constantly. Sorry, I wait for another update

Youtube version has repeats and volta brackets. Can you attach musescore file with those repeats?

Indeed, also it has parts generated. if there is a problem, we want to see it fixed - but that can't happen without your help. We need to be able to reproduce the problem in order for the developers to have any chance of fixing it. So please be sure to attach the correct copy of the score.

Agreed. the video file is not the same. There might be something in the original file that is causing this.
Plays fine on my system also.
Plus it sounds like Basic sounds.
