Windows standard toolbar?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I cannot find a way to display a standard Windows toolbar (Save, Save as..., Print, New, Close, Export, etc). The File menu shows icons for these commands as if they are available in a toolbar, but I have looked thru the menus for an option to make them visible with no joy. How do I invoke such a toolbar?
