Muse Sounds Violin 1 (Solo) playing wrong note.
When I listen to the playback on this score the D flat that is played on beat one with the forte marking briefly changes to D natural before the next note is played. I'm not really sure what is causing this. Changing the octave or patch makes it go away but I would prefer to use the Violin 1 (Solo) patch if I can. Anyone have any ideas? (Ignore my page not being white, I compose a lot at night and it's easier on the eyes)

How about attaching the score here?
a) Your picture doesn't show a Db or possibly it does if there is a Db in the key signature.
b) No one can see what settings you may have adjusted in the score.
c) Your picture doesn't make any sound.
It might have to do with the font itself. Try solo 2 instead.
