How do i make this?
how do i add a different type of note (like crochet on a semibreve or quaver on a minim) you see what im getting to? i really like that technique but i can't use it on my scores, whenever i try doing that in musescore it just makes a note combined (like a crochet note that makes crochets of another note that is a minim)
so how do i notate it?

Use voices, check the handbook on those
Really not sure what you are asking, but if you are asking about including notes like this ...
... read about "Voices" at https://handbook.musescore.org/basics/working-with-multiple-voices

also how do i do like "allegro maestoso" in the tempo when i try that i need to put an extra "1 crochet = 120 BPM" (Example: I want to make a piece in Allegro maestoso but i need to put a allegro and then add a |= 120
O
(sorry but i tried to draw a crochet)

Yes, thats the way it works. Musescore does not know whether you want 118 or 122 or whatever, you have to specify it.
You can make it invisible in the printout, simply activate it and remove visibility in the property dialog.

No. that is not the best way to do it. Here is the link to the handbook:
https://handbook.musescore.org/text/tempo-markings
You can write anything in the tempo text, and then you update the "BPM" in the properties panel/dialog.

"Best" or not, I dont like that, as you cannot see the tempo in the score. I prefer seeing the tempo at the top.

Yes, as that section describes, add a metronome marking (e.g., [quarter note] = 150), then modify the text to say Allegro maestoso ([quarter note] = 150).
