In the print dialog, "Print All Pages" is selected.

Attach your score (.mscz file) so that someone can take a look at it. Otherwise you will only get wild guesses.

In the lower right, switch the score from Continuous view (vertical) to Page view. In the Print dialog, be sure that All Pages is selected.

Yes, switching to Page view results in all pages being printed.
