Continuous view appears empty if you switch to it while viewing bottom of page in Page view

Ubuntu 14.04, GIT commit: 4ba880a

1) open a score
2) postion view toward the bottom of the page
3) switch to continuous view

Result: screen is empty. Drag the canvas down, and you'll find it's actually been positioned to the same vertical position that the page was, but that position makes no sense in Continuous view.

It's been like this at least since Beta 1.

I do not remember when the Continuous view has been implemented, but as far as I can go back (May 19), I see this issue.

OK, I will look at this. I think I will try to check is the system is visible at all and keep the vertical position if so, otherwise set to top of page. I also think maybe the "Home" button should set to top of page.
