Multi-measure rests on new line not centred in part
1. Open attached score (produced in 2.0 beta 2).
2. 'File'>'Parts…'.
3. 'New All'.
4. 'OK'.
5. View part.
Result: The multi-measure rest is not centred.
Note: It is seems only reproducible in parts and on a new line.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build 38ceee4 - Mac 10.7.5.

Maybe "separate line" is accurate?
It's not only parts; you can see the same thing if you replace steps 2-5 with "press M". But in any case, this is a duplicate of #35831: Uneven spacing between drum clef and rest.
