Lyrics can extend into margin and off page

I created some music for man's choir (TTBB). I see the following behaviour:

As you can see teh lyrics overwrite the footer (which contains "trad.").

I am not sure if I did something wrong... I first entered the music (2 stems), then added the lyrics to the top stave, stem 1. Subsequently I added some specific lyrics to the bottom stave stem 1 (specific for Bariton/Bass voices).

I can confirm this behavior - lyrics will increase the distance to the next system, but on the last system of a page (not just the last page), there is no special provision for making sure the lyrics don't extend into the margin or indeed even right off the page.

Status (old) fixed ⇒ patch (ready to commit)

Sorry, a little premature... Travis isn't even done with my PR :-). But I do think it's a good fix. Also allows staff spacers on bottom staff of page to work (no easy way to fix one without the other, actually).
