svn 2666: creating a chord, stem lost

MuseScore svn 2666:

When creating a chord, if the upper note is entered first, the stem disappears when the lower note is entered.

First chord:
Enter 5G, Shift D, Ctrl-Up, Shift F

Second chord:
Enter 5G, Shift B, Ctrl-Down, Shift E

I am full of admiration for Musescore, programming the way it adds notes and getting it to work correctly must have required a lot of dedication and careful design.

This is just a small blemish that I am bringing to your attention.
