Wrong starting key used in Notes / Transpose for transposing instrument in concert pitch mode

Ubuntu 14.04, GIT commit: 2e2aa1c

1) new score for alto sax & flute (in the order), key of C (which is A for alto)
2) turn concert pitch on (both staves now display as C)
3) notes / transpose

Result: current key is listed in dialog as Eb. And if you try to try to transpose to D, you end up in B - it calculated the the direction as down a half step rather than up a whole step. Apparently the first instrument's play transposition is being applied to the key even though concert pitch mode is one.
