Crash when splitting a staff

Nightly, January 26 : 1634901 / Windows7

1) Open this file: test split staff.mscz
2) Click-right on the first (or second) measure of the second staff: Cello, bass clef.
3) Split staff
4) Do not change default of split point (c3)
5) Ok

Result: crash

I have seen also bad things, with instrument name who goes to the left just before a crash. Like this:

The bad instrument names are the result of the same bug, I think. It appears to me that problems are likely to occur if you are splitting anything but the top staff of a score. Looks like a very simple fix.
