[Mac OS X] Extra search bar in Help menu causes crash

In any application that has a Help menu, the Mac operating system inserts a search box at the top. The idea of imitating this in MuseScore for all platforms was proposed at http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/google-summer-code/ideas-20…, and at some point it has been implemented. The problem is, there are now two search bars at the top of that Help menu on Mac OS X (the blue one is the one the OS automatically inserts). But any attempt to type in the MuseScore style one causes an instant crash.
