Ledger lines for rests not initially drawn if moved using keyboard

1. Create piano score.
2. Click on rest.
3. Move it outside stave using keyboard (e.g. 'Up'/'Down').

Result: Ledger line isn't drawn.

Notes:

If you do an action such as 'Select All', the ledger line will appear.
The ledger lines appear if the rest is moved using mouse.

I don't know if it's related, but if I move a rest far enough, it will disappear, and only (?) reappear if there is an action (such as 'Select All').

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build b264afb - Mac 10.7.5.

The latter effect (rests disappearing if moved far enough) is true not just for rests but for many elements. Has been that way since 1.x, seems somewhat better now, but still happens sometimes. There might be an existing issue on it. If not, there should be.
