when exporting to pdf chords become smaller

I am using windows 8.1 64 bit.
MuseScore 2.0; qt 5.4.0.

I am using the Jazz Chord, and whenver I export to pdf, chords become way smaller.
It does not happen when I print it to pdf.

Not happening when I am using the Jazz Lead Sheet.
I am uploading two files, one exported, and one printed (to pdf), named accordingly.
