I'm working with an orchestral score of over 14 staves, and the bottom few staves are truncated, with no way to scroll down to the bottom instruments. I'm on unstable beta release 2.0.0, and REALLY REALLY REALLY appreciated your efforts on this project!

I assume you simply added more instruments than fit on the paper size. Choose larger paper, or make the staves smaller - both settings in Layout / Page Settings. Or some.jse one of the predefined templates that sets this up for you.
