TAB: ties displaced horizontally

Context: commit e75affa (2014-02-25) self-compiled with Qt Lib 5.3 and Qt Creator 3.3.0 under Linux Mint 17 64-bit.

Steps:

  • Load or create a score with a TAB staff and at least one tie

Result: the tie is slightly displaced to the right, assuming the 'note head width' of a standard staff:

Expected result: the tie is positioned symmetrically between the two fret marks:
