Dropdown menus surrounded by rectangle in recent nightlies
One subtle difference from MuseScore 2.0 Beta 1 to the final release involved the dropdown menu style. Initially, the rounded-corner menu itself was encased in a very thin, sharp-cornered rectangle. In the 2.0 release, that rectangle was gone from around the dropdown menu, as part of numerous changes that made the whole UI all-around better-looking. Now, in recent nightlies, that rectangle is back.

FWIW I don't see this in my self-builds based on the master on Linux. Could be Mac-specific, or it could be something about the build environment for the 2.0 branch.
I don't see this in my self-builds based on the master on Windows either.
So either it's Mac-specific, or it's build-specific?
Nightlies on Mac OSX are still running on a Mac OSX 10.7 server, and Qt 5.3. Last time I checked, using Qt 5.4 there was not an option and I didn't recheck recently.
Release is built on my laptop, Mac OSX 10.10, using Qt 5.4.1.
So it might be the difference.
Self build on Mac 10.10 with Qt 5.4.1 doesn't show the frame.
I close this issue. See #57426: Upgrade Mac OSX build server to Qt 5.4, and possibly upgrade the OS version
