Initial barline one staff space away from correct positioning involving one-line staff
Just now, I wanted to create an example to go with #58796: Bracket and instrument name misaligned to one-line staff. I created a new score, added a one-line instrument and a five-line instrument at random, put the one-line instrument before the five-line instrument, and unexpectedly discovered a new issue.
