In order to help, we need you to attach the score you are having problmes with an *precise* step by step instructions to reproduce the problem. Also say what OS you are on, whether you are using any non-default I/O or soundfont settings.
That's a good start. but we still need the rest of the information - especially the part about *precise* step by step instructions to reproduce the problem, but the rest of it too.
If I play the file the note holds for me too, but if I delete the note and add it again it no longer holds. (Using 2.0.0 on Ubuntu 15.04 with default settings.)
The rhythms in the file are extremely convoluted, it looks very much like a MIDI file imported using MuseScore 1.X. Before v2 MuseScore commonly had problems with stuck notes on MIDI import. ThunderStrafe, is this a file you created yourself or is it an imported MIDI file? Did you import it using MuseScore 2 or MuseScore 1?
Seeing the original MIDI file would help. I'm guessing that somehow, the note off event for this note is being seen as coming *before* the note on event. Either because of a problem in the original MIDI file, or a bug in the import. Either way, seeing the original MIDI file that led to this would be useful.
That note doesn't stuck for me in the latest version. Please report, with precise information and reproducing steps, in a new thread if the issue persists.
