Crash editing a MusicXML file
I wrote a score in Sibelius and exported it to MusicXML with Dolet 1.02. Then I opened it with MuseScore 0.9.5 (because I couldn't open it with 0.9.6 - //musescore.org/en/node/6388 ). I saved the score to a .mscz file and then I opened it with MuseScore 0.9.6 to make some changes, I added some ties.. but when I tried to add any note at any measure the program crash and send this message:
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
This message it's only send in 0.9.6 version... In 0.9.5 I can edit te file and the program doesn't crash

Please attach the original Sibelius and MusicXML files.
I attach the original Sibelius and MusicXML file...
Is dolet 1 still supported ? Looks like an old piece of software... The file generated are MusicXML 1.0
I don't know... But, I mean, why can I edit it with MuseScore 0.9.5 without problems?
Any idea?
This problem is still happening on version 0.9.6.3
Clarified title.
Crash reproduces on Linux on current trunk revision:
- load musicxml file
- add a note
-> crash
The crash does not happen when the following changes are made to the MusicXML file (note both are necessary):
- change to a different value (MuseScore does not support the value -8)
- add to all rests
Still don't know why MuseScore crashes on this file, the unchanged file passes MusicXML schema validation without errors.
Website removes words between angled brackets, this was meant to state:
- change fifths element to a different value (MuseScore does not support the value -8)
- add type element to all rests
Fixed in trunk revision 3623.
Oh, thank you very much! =)
