Shortcut option needed for adding notes below selected one

This has come up a few times in discussion so I'm filing it as a request. Could users have the option of allocating shortcuts for the entry of notes by name BELOW the selected one?

I would add that is we are concerned about there not being available key combinations, we could add the commands and not assign shortcuts. The user could then reassign Shift+A - Shift+G to add below rather than below if that suited his usual working method better.
