[trunk] Double note duration (W) changes pitch

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Press "N" to begin note entry
2. Add a note to the middle of the staff
3. Press W to double the duration of the note you adding in step 2

Expected behavior: Duration of note should double. Pitch should remain the same

Actual behavior: Duration of note doubles, but note moves to the top line of the staff.

MuseScore version: r. 3548 nightly trunk
