Wrong download link for Ubuntu
On the Downloads page (https://musescore.org/en/download#linux) the Ubuntu link points to:
https://musescore.org/apt
But the content of this page is outdated and very different to the content of:
https://musescore.org/en/apt (notice the "/en")
which is fully up-to-date.
The "international" version should be identical to the English version.

I see no difference in https://musescore.org/en/apt and https://musescore.org/apt
I think that's because you are using Windows. If I open https://musescore.org/apt in a browser on Ubuntu then it opens in Ubuntu Software Centre and takes me to an out-of-date MuseScore package. If I open https://musescore.org/en/apt it takes me to a page with instructions on how to add the Launchpad PPA (which is up-to-date).
I fix was applied to not break out Ubuntu users to the Software Center as it was pointing to the outdated 1.3 version. Instead all */apt links will now point to the same page. Please reopen if this is not the case.
