Drum Notation
Hello, I have recently downloaded MuseScore version 9.6.3 onto my computer and I am quite happy with the program. My only concern is that for drums and some other miscellaneous percussion instruments I cannot plot the proper notes. I have tried to remedy the situation by using the Palettes but the sound comes out wrong. Up to this point all I have to use for notation are the Palettes and the mouse.

In the future please use the forums for support questions. The issue tracker is for documented bugs ("mistakes") in the software.
I appreciate your help so quickly but i should be more specific. I wanted to use a bass drum in my sheet music but when i add it to the list of instruments i can only input a B note no matter what i do it will not change from a B, I have consulted the handbook and i have looked at the forums and haven't been able to find anything to help my situation.
