[LilyPond] Whole-measure rests of irregular time signature export as r4
When exporting to LilyPond, whole-measure rests in measures with time signature not expressable with dots (e.g. 5/8, 11/4 etc.) result in quarter rests.

Changing priority
May I ask why was the priority changed? 5/4 or 5/8 measures are quite common, and the whole part after the erroneous rest is shifted in time.
thSoft, critical priority is reserved for anything that crashes MuseScore or corrupts the original MuseScore file. Full support for LilyPond is a huge task and generally considered secondary to support for MuseScore itself. If you are a programmer, patches are welcome.

Due to a lack of support, LilyPond export has been removed for the next version.
Users could instead use MusicXML export and MusicXML2Ly.
