[Trunk] Nested tuplets causes crash
MuseScore 1.0 and MuseScore r4022
- Create a 4/4 score
- Select first rest and press Ctrl + 3 several times
Actual result : Crash
Expected result : MuseScore should create as many nested tuplets that possible and then stop.
According to this reference (Search for nested tuplets), more than 4 nested tuplets is overkilled. 3 nested level are present in Stockhausen: Klavierstueck I (1952) (3:4, 7:8, 3).

There doesn't seem to be a crash now, but could we have an update on the current behaviour?
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4300) - Mac 10.4.11.
Nested tuplets are completely broken in trunk. I opened a new issue #10731: [Trunk] Nested tuplet entry is broken
The crash is fixed in the branch 1.x (r4303)
