GIT commit: d9dd7cf / Windows7

1) "My First Score"

2) Shift + F9 -> Key signatures

Result: empty window in this Master palette (and empty palette)
key sig.jpg

I see this problem with: 00c14d7

- I observe other issues with the palettes (Accidentals, many are missing ; and Fingering: no circles around the strings numbers, and lute fingerings are missing also)

But from I see now, it's not related to the same commit. I see these "other" issues previously, in different manners (end Septembre eg).
Further research needed.

Comments

Lute fingerings are marked as a TODO in the source since a recent change, reduced accidentals palette is by design, also since another recent change, more accidentally available from the master palette.

"Lute fingerings are marked as a TODO in the source since a recent change?"

As a TODO? Please explain what's a TODO.

"reduced accidentals palette is by design".

For why? Which purpose?

Very poor palette now, right?

TODO, something that still needs to get done.
Reducing accidentals, most probably for simplification, all these quarter tone accidentals are used extremely seldom. First zell is no accidental

Ah, a Todo list? :) https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Todo_list
I just learned something new in English!

So, lute fingerings as work in progress if I understand (quickly, a feared question comes to me: why this removal?)
But it remains, in Fingering palette, the issue of the string numbers (without circles), right? Something particular to say about this? If not, I open a new issue for that.

Not sure, and can't check currently, but I think is is only lute fingerings, and is is be außer they used to have been tentativly implemented as articulations, and now have been removed from those. Creating an issue for them won't harm.

Ok, I fill soon an issue for that.
And another one for the lack of circles for string numbers (no sure from now, but probably/maybe not related)

They were in, and belong into, the fingering palette, but the glyphs were part of the articulations struct, that struct is no longer and the lute fingerings got lost along with it.

" but the glyphs were part of the articulations struct, that struct is no longer and the lute fingerings got lost along with it."
Well, it begin to exceed my skills and my understanding here.
Preferable fill an issue for now.
