Reproduce:
1. Enter note entry mode
2. Switch to continuous view

Result: The light blue highlighter that shows where a note will be entered doesn't move.
Expected: The highlighter moves to the correct position in the score in continuous view.

This also doesn't work going from page view to continuous view.

Single Page view is unaffected.
