When adding a slur to the voice 2, the automatic positioning is offset. I was able to reproduce the error with a test file as it can be seen in the second screenshot.

I think this isn't about the voice being 2 as it is about the very tight spacing - you can get the same bad results in voice 1 too. This was also reported in #274208: Slur too high with accidental but since the specifics are a little different and I want to make sure we look at all cases together, I'm leaving both issues open.
