Musescore leaves dots on lines where barres are placed. It should just put a line, with no dots under it.
Steps to reproduce third issue:
a. In any score, add a blank chord diagram to any note.
b. Place dots on strings 4 and 2 at fret 2.
c. Now hold the SHIFT key while clicking on string 6 at fret 2. Musescore leaves the dots on strings 4 and 2 underneath the barre.

I didn't see this particular issue among those listed in #283681.
OK. I'm not an expert at fretboard diagrams, I know there are a lot of issues already open and someone is actively working on fixing fretboards diagrams.
