When I add an accidental to MuseScore by note input toolbar, it only shows the previous, natural note on piano keyboard. Like F#, when I add natural mark to that note, it should be F, but it still shows F# on the piano keyboard.

I guess you mean, using the toolbar or palette? If so, I can confirm. Works fine if you use the arrow keys.
