Or are you talking about screen readers? If so see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/accessibility

"Improvement of Music reading"? or Decipher? (Déchiffrer in Fr. = reading of first sight)
I guess you will need to define "sight reading program" :)

Good guess :-)
Wikipedia defines sight reading:

But for me it's also not clear which android apps do you mean, where you're looking for a similar software for Windows. Could you give examples?

So sight reading is nothing a computer does, but a capability of a human being reading music.

At least I think so, and I suppose the OP is looking for software to improve this capabilities. But maybe he/she can explain further himself/herself the needs.
My best bet is http://randomsheetmusic.lasconic.com/ combined with MuseScore.

Hi all,
What I was referring to is something similar to "Note Trainer" App in Android..
Random notes (say about 10) would appear in a staff and unless you play the right key they won't disappear.
Whether such a program is available for windows PC to be used when connected with my keyboard.
I think it is a bit clear now..

try:
for Music :
https://sourceforge.net/projects/jalmus/
for Theory:
https://launchpad.net/lenmus/trunk/5.3
You could combine these:
https://musescore.org/en/project/midisightreader
https://musescore.org/en/project/randomnotesgenerator
What would be really useful is a stack of copyright-free examples for sight reading, organised into ABRSM-type grades.

Thats a great and simple way found in musescore itself..
But, the drivers for PSR E403 MIDI keyboard. It's not available in Yamaha website. Where can I find it?

for sure not here on MuseScore.org
