MuseScore Crash
I'm trying to access MuseScore on my Mac version 10.15.7 but each time I open it immediately crashes, I tried a solution I found on a MuseScore Forum of inputting code into terminal but that didn't work. Seems to be happening since I updated my Mac although I'm not sure, only other thing is I moved all my scores onto a hard drive... can you help?

Maybe #317323: macOS 10.5 accessibility setting “Enable Hover Text” causes crash?
Or #321071: Crashes on opening application on Mac with VPN or proxy with Startcenter?
I appear to be having the same issue this morning. Bit worrying as I am a teacher and we have an intro to musescore lesson today.

Did you try the solutions given in the reply above? In particular, try disabling "hover text" on your computer.

Then you're not having that, but maybe the other issue
Try starting MuseScore by double click a score

Hi,
I'm having a crash issue since October Catalina update.
Double clicking a score to open is a good work around for me.
I'll look back in the thread to find a full fix.
thanks,
Dale
