That would depend on when someone volunteers to implement it, or when enough people request it. Meanwhile, though, are you sure those are actually lyrics? Doesn't seem like it - doesn't really make sense to have lyrics on rests, after all. It's supported because there are unusual use cases where it could make sense, but they would normally be extremely rare. Probably that text should have been entered via a different mechanism, like Staff Text in MuseScore.

I think I would write out the notation for the spoken parts, add the lyrics, and turn off play for those sections. Unless the tambourine player never player actually plays. I tried this different ways add was able to get lyrics to show in an xml.
