Refund for musescore Pro
Hi there,
I signed up for musescore and obliviously entered my card details in to find out that I had been charged 70 AUD to my account. I only signed up to pro in order to print and download individual parts. I am 16 and just wanted to print off music and now I have been charged 70 dollars which I did not sign up to. Muse score please contact me after i sent you an email a couple days ago.
Thanks

May I add that I cancelled my previous account to which the money was charged to Musescore

So you need to tell support@musescore.com which account you're talking about
There is no need at all to go pro to download and print individual parts, you can download to your PC and print the parts from there (may need to generate those parts first).
Only if you want to download the ready made PDFs for the parts directly from musescore.com, either you or the person you download from needs to be a Pro member.
However, asking for a refund here is the wrong place, as for M;seScore itself or the musescore.org website there's no such thing as a Pro member ship. You'd need to contact support@musescore.com.
OTH as far as I can tell you are not a pro member, https://musescore.com/user/29721064 certainly is not.

Hi Jojo, yes that it correct this account is not my pro member account, I canceled the pro account. That is what I meant, I wanted to download the ready-made PDFs directly from musescore.com, therefore, I needed to become a pro member. I emailed support@musescore a while ago and no one is yet to get back to me.

As explained further up that didn't really require a Pro membership if you'd be ready to go thru some extra steps.
But if you wanted to download the ready made PFD it indeed does, and you got to pay for it and got told that upfront, so I don't quite get why you're now crying tor a refund? At the age of 16 you should know that you got to pay for what you order (and your bank seems to be of the same opinion, otherwise if wouldn't have given you a credit card).
And still, support@musescore.com is the right place to go to.
Past experience shows that they are usually quite generous about refunds, and much more than I would be where I in their place, to be honest.
