When I upload a score from musescore 2 the playback starts to fall apart and slow and and crash i like to work on musescore 3 and i dont want to go back to version 2.

I have the same problem. I have many scores from musescore 2 that are works in progress. When I open these files in musescore 3, the playback stutters and cannot play in time. The voices each start to play at different inconsistent tempos. It is very hard to listen to. I would also love to see this fixed because I love the new workstation in musescore 3 but I cannot retype all of my old scores to continue to work on them.
As Jojo said, it is impossible to help without a sample score. It would also help if you told us if you have any but the default sound font loaded.
And which operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows, etc.) are you running MuseScore on, @Edizzle?
