1) Load this test file: Never.mscz
( the same as this related comment: https://musescore.org/en/node/290011#comment-923498, and issue: #290011: [Tablature] Note value repeat section: "At new system" renders the same as "At new measure"
Expected result (ie like 2.3.2, and 3.2.3): the note values are 'never' repeated.
Current result: they are repeated each mesure (so, like 'measure' setting)

It's working again, thanks so much.
Unfortunately, on closer examination, but it's not due to these commits (probably to a previous version, perhaps to the initial version 3.0, I didn't check), one of the available styles, called Dowland style ("beam grid") has been broken by this version, and therefore introduced a new regression :(
I open a specific issue for this.
