Parts don't preserve stem direction

1. Create a score.
2. Input a note and change stem direction.
3. Create part.

Expected result: Stem direction appears as it was in full score.
Result: Stem direction has gone to default.

Using MuseScore 2.0 nightly build (4141) - Mac 10.4.11.

It may be discussable, what kind of elements/properties should be linked. There is now no way to set the stem direction different in a part.

This would be a good disucssion to have - which properties should always be set in parts and score independently, which should always be linked, which should offer a choice, and how should that choice be presented. Where would be a good place for that discussion? Technology Preview forum?
