I downloaded Musescore 2.0 and when I tried to play the score I made, there was no audio. I made sure that my sound was all the way up and tried again, but still no audio.
Porbably there were some old settings leftover from a previous installation that need to be reset. Follow the instructions in the Handbook under "Revert to factory settings".
If that doesn't work, please ask for further assistance in the Support forum (eg, by using "Help / Ask for Help" from MuseScore).
