Palette dimensions not refreshing after palette cell resize

1. Make sure you have a user workspace in view, right-click on a palette and select "Insert New palette."
2. In the dialogue that pops up, tick "Show grid" and "Show more elements." Set the cell height to 100. Exit dialogue.
3. Open the palette. Observe that everything looks OK.
4. Go back to the palette properties dialogue and reduce the height to 50. Exit the box.
5. Open the palette again.

Result: The cell height has reduced but the palette height has not, so there is an empty space. You need to delete the "Show more elements" symbol to restore the proper palette size.

If you increase the height of a cell (in "palette properties") then the last symbols in the palette can disappear past the bottom edge. The problem here is that the palette height remains constant even if the cell height increases.
