Placement of the multimeasure rests too high by default

1) "My First Score"
2) Enter some notes (but not really necessary)
3) Press "M"
Result: the multimeasure rest is not centered.
Solved by selecting a note, and drag it, or change its value. Or by pressing "M" twice.
But reappears after entering other notes, and pressing again "M".

I can second this...I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm noticing that sometimes even if the frame simply redraws itself it will automatically fix itself. And one time, the glitch didn't occur on the first time, but somehow occured on the second time I toggled "M".
