On windows 10 MS 2.0.3, when I right click each of the side and down arrows remains blue until I move the mouse back over the title. I don't know if it's the same as the original post or something different. It doesn't seem to be anything but a nuisance. The speed menu only affected the last one I right clicked.

Even on 2.0.3, I can't reproduce. Can you explain more in details? Which OS are you using?

Or right-clicking over the palette name will do the same thing.
Palettes have been redesigned.
