Scores beginning with grace notes do not export to LilyPond correctly

I've attached varying results from MuseScore, to Lilypond and the PDF created from it. The problems include notes not positioned where they should, both new courtesy clefs and time signatures.

Using MuseScore 1.1 - Mac 10.6.8.
