Confirmed, here too (Windows 7), but only for en_US. Maybe you can use en_GB for the time being? Or delete the mscore_en_US.qm file, so it falls back to the internal strings?
Or,... try a new translation download, in an hour, I just saw that there were 2 strings "Save" translated as "Save as...", I guess at least one wrongly (and my me, some 3 months ago, not sure why)

Can you explain how you got to this state? I have the US Engligh version of 2.0.3 and it looks fine on my system.
I believe a few days ago I did Help > Resource Manager > English (US) > Update. The button is now grayed out and says "No Update."
Confirmed. Adfter updating translation for US English and restarting, menu is mislabelled.
