Not sure what the trigger is in this score, but it seems the code to automatically add space to staves as needed is severely overestimating the space required in this score.

I have submitted a couple of staff spacing issues for tablature staves here:
https://musescore.org/en/node/122561
and here:
https://musescore.org/en/node/122246

This score does not exhibit the initial extra spacing above the tabs staff that you see in the sample score in those two issues (it's the same sample score, multiple issues). Probably because the staves are linked while mine are completely separate.

In this morning's latest code, revision 7fe2bd3, your score's staff spacing is even tighter than in v2.0.2 (sorry not 2.0.3, but I have my reasons for not making that upgrade). The second page fits 5 systems in 3.0, only 4 in 2.0.2. It's definitely the staff spacing, not the system spacing that is different in my two views.

This issue might just be fixed by recent changes. You should verify it with the latest code on your machine. I'm running Win10 Pro, but it's not much different than Win 7.

edit:
I am now less certain about the way the latest code is laying out these staves/systems. See my new issue here: https://musescore.org/en/node/122601

Revision master-7382524.

That's much better. The score now lays out 4 systems per page as originally intended. There are other issues, but these have been filed separately (with other scores as examples).
