See attached score (staff/tab). See measures 7-11: The offset values in the tablature of the customised staff-text harmonics have been lost. The result is that the text has become detached from its associated note.

The imported score has several problems. It contains tweaks which will look different in 3.x. With some effort it can be made more similar but not exact. There are several reasons for this. Text bounding boxes in 2.x are different than in 3.x due to problems with the underlying toolkit. Unfortunately the default staff text alignment in 2.0 is to the top of the text bounding box compared to the text base line in 3.x. This makes the 2.x text position sensible to changes of the bounding box. Using a fingering text which is positioned relative to the note head would be more robust and avoids this kind of problem.
Another problem is the use of staff text for bracketing fret numbers in the tabulature staff. This is fragile as every layout change will break the right position for this text. Using the brace from the notehead palette does not have this problem.
