It's important to realize the layout algorithms have completely changed for 3.0, with much better automatic default positioning for most elements, but this means some manually palced elements might differ. It is possible some sort of compatibility or migration mode might eventually be added to handle older scores, but for now, you can pretty much expect 2.0.3 scores to look different.
