Create a pickup measure in parts with two instruments at least leads to corruption and crash

1) New score for Bb Clarinet and Flute (3/4 time signature)
2) Generate parts
3) Go in Bb Clarinet part (disable MM rests) -> right-click on the first measure -> Measure Properties -> Actual duration: 1/4 -> Ok
4) Go now in Flute part:
Result: the quarter rest expected is not showed

5) Enter three quarter notes in this part

Result: corruption

6) Undo three times (to remove the quarter notes)
7) View main score
Badly corruption (in particular, the empty second measure in flute staff )

8) Enter three quarter notes -> change the value, eg half note, of the third one

Result: crash
