CPU is obsessed
When "navigator" needs to scroll , the scroll bar appears and disappers infinitely , and CPU is obsessed and musescore aplication is not freely moved.
説明が難しいので日本語でも投下します。ナビゲーターを表示しているとき、ナビゲーターのスクロールバーが現れるか現れないか微妙な大きさにナビゲーターを拡大すると、ナビゲーターの下にスクロールバーが現れる・現れないを繰り返し、Musescore2の動作が大きく低下します。

Meanwhile, the workaround is to simnply resize the window slightly.
